MABELLE CHEDID
SINGER – SONGWRITER – DANCER – ACTRESS
Raised by a family of artists, Mabelle’s musical journey began at a very young age. She wrote her first song at the age of 9, landed her first acting gig at the age of 12 and won several local talent shows in her home country Lebanon. Mabelle is fluent in English, French, and Arabic.
STAR ACADEMY ARABIA
Mabelle rose to fame at the age of sixteen after being the youngest candidate in “Star Academy Arabia,” a popular pan-Arab televised talent show that aired in 2015 on CBC Egypt and LBC Lebanon.
She captivated the audience with her stage presence and dance skills. One of her most notable performance on the program is “We Will Rock You . She later performed and took part in many concerts around Lebanon and the Middle East.
MOVING TO NEW YORK
Mabelle took her trainings to Broadway Dance Center in New York City. She was trained by professional artists from the entertainment industry for four months and ended up earning a certificate for her discipline and hard work.
MAKING MUSIC
Mabelle went back to her home country Lebanon to focus on her music. She wrote and released her debut single What is Love in 2020. The song performed very well and was featured on the top international charts on Anghami and played by Virgin Radio Lebanon for several weeks.
She then released her second single On My Own in 2022, produced by Alan Abi Sleiman. The song was inspired by 80s pop music and was featured on the A-list pop playlist on Apple Music.
Mabelle is currently working on her debut EP which is set to release in 2023.
